1. Introduction

Your responsibilities as an account holder

• Keep your password secure and never share it with any other person. cr777 staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances.
• Notify cr777 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensure all information provided during registration and any subsequent verification stage is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Outdated or incorrect information may delay withdrawal processing.
• Do not allow any third party to access your account or place bets on your behalf. All activity originating from your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of who initiated it.

Identity verification (KYC)

cr777 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time — including before processing a withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or where suspicious activity is detected. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

cr777 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through Bangladesh-approved mobile banking channels. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). International credit cards, bank wire transfers, and cryptocurrency payments are not accepted.

Deposit conditions

• The minimum deposit is ৳100 per transaction. cr777 reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits at the account or platform level at any time.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. cr777 does not charge deposit transaction fees on these channels; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawal conditions

• cr777 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may be affected by KYC status, mobile banking system availability, or security review requirements.
• cr777 does not charge withdrawal fees on Bangladesh mobile banking transactions. Any fee levied by bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay on the receiving end is outside cr777's control.
• Where bonus or promotional funds are linked to a deposit, all applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before those funds become eligible for withdrawal. Specific rollover terms are stated in the relevant promotion documentation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Breach of Terms: Any material breach, including underage access, multiple account operation, bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 9. Limitation of Liability

cr777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your cr777 account at the time the claim arises.
